Situated in a green valley, 12km outside of Heidelberg in the Western Cape. This scenic Dairy Farming area on the Eastern side of the Langeberg Mountain Range, boasts lush forests, fertile valleys, and an abundance of fauna and flora.
Heidelberg falls under the Eden District area, and is regarded as the gateway to the Garden Route, making it the perfect halfway stop between Cape Town and Knysna.

Self Catering Cottages
Rose Cottage is a two-bedroom, fully equipped self-catering cottage, boasting exceptional mountain views. Each Bedroom has an en-suite. Outside, a pool and a large verandah allow you relax and soak in the breathtaking countryside.
Granny’s Cottage belongs to “Granny”, and it is rented out when she is globe-trotting. The cottage is stylishly furnished and comprises two bedrooms and two bathrooms (one en-suite). Guests can enjoy a wood-fired hot tub with views of the mountains and farmlands. A large patio with comfortable outdoor seating gives one that peaceful, relaxing home-away-from-home feeling.

Guests are spoilt for choice when it comes to activities. Enjoy watching the birds and animals go by, or take a refreshing swim in the river. Explore the farm on foot or on ones own mountain bike.
For those looking for more adventure, another popular attraction is the nearby Grootvadersbosch Nature Reserve, with its natural beauty, birdlife and MTB Cycling and Hiking routes.
Heidelberg itself has a lot to offer too, with annual festivals showcasing and celebrating arts and agriculture. Walk around town and enjoy the colorful murals, visit quaint art and craft shops, or enjoy a meal at one of the local restaurants or coffee shops.
